SPEAKER_00: This pre-Inc interview is sponsored by Envious Inc., located at 1354 Lexington Avenue, Mansfield, Ohio. Also available on Facebook and Instagram at Envious Inc. and their website, envious.inc. These talented six females owning Envious Inc. are also piercing at Incarceration over the weekend. The only shop for Mansfield to be piercing. Thanks for your support, Envious Inc. Let's get into it.
SPEAKER_01: Alright, what's up, Ohio? She's translit with sand, and I am here with some fuckers. Unsettled. What the fuck is up? Finally, Bucky came to town. Finally.
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, try to stay away long enough, but.
SPEAKER_01: Well, so sorry about the mechanical breakdown that you're having right now. I hope you can get that taken care of because you're heading back up to Cleveland, right?
SPEAKER_02: It's the unsettled way. Everything has to break all at once. It's fine.
SPEAKER_01: Of course. Yeah. Only on the night when you come to town to play for Inc., right?
SPEAKER_02: Every time.
SPEAKER_01: All right. So this interview is brought by Envious Inc., they are the female-owned tattoo and piercing shop here in Mansfield. They are also owned by six talented females, and they are piercing at Inc. this weekend. That's awesome. The only shop from Mansfield to be there. So represent Envious Inc. Alright, guys. I am gonna ask some kind of uh just crazy questions. So just do your best to answer and have fun, okay? I know you guys don't know how to f have fun, so you're gonna have to. We are very serious.
SPEAKER_01: We cannot have fun. Like, can you try to learn it? Alright. Okay, how about this? This is a little bit serious. What's the story behind your latest release?
SPEAKER_02: Uh our latest release, Blood Runs.
SPEAKER_01: What's the story behind it?
SPEAKER_02: Oh, you tell it well. Uh, like the premise of it, basically, is what you're asking.
SPEAKER_01: Whatever.
SPEAKER_02: Whatever you want. So, uh, Unsettled has a great thing of uh uh messing up our releases every time. So, of course, this one did get released before it was supposed to. Uh, shocker. Uh it's it plays into what happens after class war um as a continuation of what is going on when people are drinking the cucked up juice. Uh and as you see throughout the music video and throughout the song, it's it's doomed by more of the white-collar class people. Um and they're more or less preying on the blue-collar, the lower class, which is causing the class war.
SPEAKER_02: Um, and then into blood runs is basically uh like us fighting back against the big guy. And yeah, I mean that's basically it.
SPEAKER_01: Um sounds like everyday life for us, right?
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, pretty much.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_02: We wrote it for to everyday person, you know. It you know, it's not easy out here, and you know, it we're all struggling, so we just wanna write what we feel.
SPEAKER_01: What are some of your biggest musical pet peeves?
SPEAKER_02: Musical pet peeve. Oh, fuck it. Let me get this one. Shit breaks on stage. Uh when people charge people to meet them. That is my biggest pet peeve.
SPEAKER_01: Oh, I forgot there's a Venmo payment after this interview.
SPEAKER_02: Uh-oh. Um I just I don't believe in it. I think it's the stupidest thing you could do is charge somebody to meet you. Um We're always at our merch table. I know that there's big bands out there that do that as well. Um, August Burns Red and her Shikari. They're always interacting with their fans. And they at least come out and talk to them. Um, I know August Burns Red does some meeting treats, but you get a lot more out of it than just like taking a picture with somebody. But that would be my biggest pet peeve in the industry is that people charge people to meet them, and I think that's the most conceited and stupid thing you could do.
SPEAKER_02: Can they even see you behind me? Probably not.
SPEAKER_01: Um, would you want a coffee energy drink or something stronger before a show?
SPEAKER_02: I I always have a m a white monster energy. Normally it's the one from Dance Pants, but you know, he's the only one that can do it. These two chumps back here.
SPEAKER_01: What do you guys drink?
SPEAKER_02: I normally like to endouge as much alcohol as possible. Oh, oh, oh, uh as much alcohol as possible before a show? Okay, he is never sober. Yeah. What about you? What's your what's your tradition? My tradition? Yeah, energy drink, coffee, calm.
SPEAKER_01: Jerk it off. Yeah. Alright, Duning. Okay, alright. What's the best advice you've ever received as a musician? Quit. Okay. I thought you were gonna say to suck. So that's the best advice we're gonna do. Okay, alright, don't suck, just quit. Alright, just fucking quit. Just yeah, knock it off! Um, what's one thing on your bucket list as a band?
SPEAKER_02: To fail. Uh open for the wiggles. What was the question? Biggest? Uh bucket list as a band.
SPEAKER_02: Zerk off on snakes. Yes. Yeah, you probably go jerking off on snakes.
SPEAKER_01: Okay. And where can people find and follow you?
SPEAKER_02: Uh, they shouldn't follow us anywhere, but if they unfortunately want to, it's everywhere. They you can't get away from it. Okay. Unsettled band on Facebook, unsettled US on Instagram, and I guess we have a TikTok, but I don't know. Still unsettled us on MySpace. MySpace.
SPEAKER_01: Oh, MySpace, that's a good one. Yes. Yeah, don't forget the MySpace.
SPEAKER_02: Myspace is popping. We got an OnlyFans too. It's going very hard.
SPEAKER_01: All right, sweet. And anything else that you want to share with us?
SPEAKER_02: Don't come see Unsettled.
SPEAKER_01: Okay. Never. And but why is that?
SPEAKER_02: You have to say why. We do all this to feed Alex.
SPEAKER_02: Why not come see you guys? Because all you see is hey, I take up the whole thing. And he wears too small a shirts, so his belly hangs out too. Every time.
SPEAKER_01: I tell ya. It's always Alex's fault. Are you doing that to like to piss off the white collar people?
SPEAKER_02: Uh I mean, we just like to have fun, and if people get offended by it, then I think that says more about them than it does about us. Then it means unsettled did their job. That's what we live up to our name. We are very very unsettling. So All right. I'll take it.
SPEAKER_01: Well, thanks so much for coming and talking to me, you guys. It's great to see you live. Great to meet you for.
